Freeskout, a matchmaker between brands and social media influencers, has announced a seed round of funding of Rs 4 crore. The company has kept the names of the investors private.
The organization aims to eliminate the middlemen so that influencer marketing is as simple and effective as possible. We are a team of 250 experts who are responsible for influencer marketing campaigns for over 1,000 companies with a database of over ten lakh influencers on Instagram and YouTube around India.
The company claims that its growth rate from the last financial year to this is 10x and that in two years it expects to achieve an MRR of Rs 20 crore (at Rs 1.5 crore currently).
Freeskout, which began with a small team of 5 people in 2020, now employs over 250 full-time employees and is India’s point of contact for over 50+ Lakh influencers. Freeskout hopes to expand globally soon, establishing an ecosystem that connects creators and brands with the right opportunities.
