Bengaluru-based Edtech startup for children, Redeminds has raised $220,000 in an initial funding round led by Surfboard Ventures and Contentstack.
The funds will be used to expand its leadership roles, scale engineering, operations, product and game design teams and mark the entry into 500-plus schools by 2024.
By providing data-based guidance on their children, the startup aims to empower parents to make informed decisions for their children. Its services include a career awareness Bootcamp, a 360-degree comprehensive assessment in the form of a game, more relatable to teens, and personalized career coaching focused on career challenges.
“Redeminds was developed to address the shortcomings in terms of knowledge of current and future relevant career choices and to make career counselling available to students in tier II and tier III cities. “We are working toward creating a curated immersive experience of a career,” said Nabarupa Chatterjee, co-founder of Redeminds.
Founded in 2021 by Nabarupa Chatterjee and Shiv Shankar Patnaik, Redeminds is an end-to-end career guidance platform for school students. It blends AI and behavioural sciences to offer a personalized map that empowers students to discover their true potential and help build skills for the world of the future.
