Rezolve.ai Raises $11 Mn in Series A Led By SIG Venture Capital

AI-led automated employee service desk platform, Rezolve.ai has closed an $11 million Series A round led by SIG Venture Capital with participation from Exfinity Venture Partners. Existing backers 9Unicorns and Tri-Valley Ventures also participated in the round.

The funds will be used to scale growth and further advance capabilities of the platform to deliver advanced employee service experience, Rezolve.ai said in a press statement.

Rezolve.ai helps businesses automate their employee support, IT, and HR tasks, and processes. Integrated within collaborative channels like MS Teams and Slack, Rezolve.ai offers advanced features such as chatbot, ticketing, conversational microlearning, push notifications, desktop automation, live expert connect, task automation, workflow approvals, and others.

Darwinbox Raises $5 Mn Fresh Funds From SBI

According to the SaaS-based platform, it automates all the repetitive tasks at the employee service desk, improving overall service management by saving more time and effort for complex issues.

Earlier in November 2020, the Chennai-based startup had raised $500K led by Venture Catalysts. It competes with players such as Freshdesk, Kahoot, and Jira, among others.
