Launching its first private equity fund, Incred Alternative Investments raised INR 330 crore during its maiden fundraising round. The company declared that the Incredible Growth Partners Fund I is a new fund with a target of INR 500 crore.
High-net-worth individuals have shown interest in the fund, which has increased trust in its focus on strategic investments. The firm said, “Incredible Growth Partners Fund I, its debut PE fund, is aiming for a final closure of Rs 500 crore and has garnered commitments of INR 330 crore in its first close.”
The fund intends to direct investments into promising growth and late-stage businesses under the direction of Vivek Singla, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Private Equity at Incred Alternatives. These investments are aimed at the consumer, financial services, and enterprise/technology sectors.
