Edtech unicorn upGrad has acquired Noida-based test preparation provider Exampur for an undisclosed amount.
This is the 6th acquisition for Ronnie Screwvala-led company in 2022, which recently took over Harappa Education for $38 million.
As per the upGrad, the acquisition of Exampur will add value to online test series, free quizzes and live scholarship tests, which will help candidates assess their professional competencies and streamline their learning process.

Examspur has a portfolio of study material and e-books for candidates who can easily access them at any time at their convenience. The Noida-based startup claims to have a user base of over 10 million students and offers over 200 test-prep courses for Govt. Jobs where most of the content is distributed through its YouTube channels including UPSC, SSC, Defence, Banking, Teaching, and other state-level government job preparation.
